Beginning Horseback Riding Lessons in
North San Diego
NEWS!!!!
I am so sorry but at this time, we cannot accept any new riders. This year has been a year of vet calls for our horses. Belle has been the biggest struggle with colic and now it appears she has ulcers. She will need to spend the summer gaining the weight back she lost during her weeks of colic and getting strong again and also learning how to cope with her ongoing front lameness issues.
Whiskers has been sick but overall he is healthy but he needs to get back into shape. He was only sick for a few days and lost over 50 lbs.
I love my horses and they are a part of my family and I must put their needs ahead of any thing else. For their well being I need to reduce their lesson load to a bare minimum. It breaks my heart that my horses are sick and honestly I feel their pain almost as much as I feel my kid's pain. When each horse joined our family it was not for just a lesson program but because we loved them and are committed to them. We love trail riding, showing and the entire world of horses. So now, I must surround them with motherly love and hope that the fall will bring strong healthy horses.
Thank you for understanding.

Are you interested in spending your
Summer Riding Horses?
We have held week-long camps the past few years but for this year, we are changing our program a little bit. We will be holding lessons every Monday-Thursday morning. You can pick your days that you would like to ride and we will offer a fun lesson program. We will match up riders with similar riding experience and have mini "Saddle Clubs." These lessons will begin in min-June and run until the end of July.
The lessons will be private to semi-private lessons when we have "Saddle Club" times. These Saddle Club days will be filled with games to challenge each other and most importantly, have some horse fun.
We welcome riders of all ages and experience level.

You and your family are so awesome!!! We love you so much!!! My daughter Sarah is an extremely shy child and the horse camp has been helping her out SO MUCH! We really appreciate the time and effort you have taken out for her! We have seen her grow so much!!! She was so upset when she heard she was going "on vacation" for a week and would miss a couple of days of "horse camp"! What kid does not want to go on vacation??!! You are doing a wonderful thing for our little girl and we really appreciate it so much! Thank you for everything!!! We are so lucky to know you and your family!!! WE LOVE HORSE CAMP!!! |
